Terms of Use

Last updated: {{EFFECTIVE_DATE}}

These terms are an agreement between you and {{FOP_NAME}}, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine, registration number {{FOP_REG_NUMBER}}, registered address {{FOP_ADDRESS}} ("Orakle", "we", "us"). They apply to everything on orakle.space.

By using Orakle, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. What Orakle is

Orakle is a tarot reading service. You choose a spread, ask a question, and draw cards. An AI model then writes a reading that interprets the drawn cards in light of your question. Your readings are saved to a personal journal you can return to.

2. What Orakle is not

This section matters more than any other. Please read it.

  • Readings are for self-reflection and entertainment. They describe patterns and perspectives. They do not predict the future and are not statements of fact.
  • Readings are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not use them as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
  • Readings are written by artificial intelligence. AI makes mistakes. A reading may be inaccurate, incomplete, or simply wrong.
  • Every decision you make after a reading is your own. Orakle is not responsible for actions you take based on a reading.
  • If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, a card reading is not the right tool. Contact a medical professional or a local emergency or support service. The Crisis Support page on this site, linked in the footer, lists services that can help right now.

All readings on Orakle are AI-generated content and are disclosed as such.

3. Who can use Orakle

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • One person, one account. Provide accurate information when you register.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, tell us at support@orakle.space and change your password.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. Where the law requires it, we will warn you first.

5. Plans and prices

  • The free plan includes a limited number of readings. Current limits are shown on the Pricing page.
  • The paid plan ("The One") is a subscription, billed monthly or annually, that unlocks the limits shown on the Pricing page.
  • We may also offer one-time purchases. Their content and price are shown before you buy.
  • The seller for all purchases is {{FOP_NAME}}. Payments are processed by plata by mono (JSC Universal Bank).

Prices, currency, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are described on the Payments and Refunds page, which is part of these terms.

6. Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. Details, including what happens to refunds, are on the Payments and Refunds page.

7. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • Use Orakle for anything unlawful.
  • Attack, overload, scrape, or access the service with automated tools.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or plan restrictions.
  • Attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models, or to make the AI produce unlawful content.
  • Resell readings or offer Orakle's output as your own service.

8. Your content and ours

  • Your questions are yours. You give us only the permission needed to process them: to generate your reading and store it in your journal.
  • Readings generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Everything else — the card art, the brand, the site's design and text — belongs to Orakle. The card artwork is created in the Rider-Waite tradition and is proprietary to Orakle. Do not copy or redistribute it.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about Orakle, we may use them to improve the service without owing you payment or attribution. Please do not send feedback you consider confidential.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Orakle available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add, or remove features, and free-plan limits may change.

If we change a paid plan in a way that makes it materially worse, we will tell you in advance. You can then cancel, and we will refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing in them reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.

Beyond that, our total liability to you for all claims connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading (section 2).

11. Responsibility for misuse

If your unlawful use of Orakle, or a serious breach of these terms, leads a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to indemnify and compensate us for the damages and reasonable legal costs we are finally required to pay because of it, except to the extent the claim was caused by our own fault. This section is about misuse: it does not apply to ordinary, lawful use of the service, and it does not limit any rights consumer law gives you.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Orakle and delete your account at any time in your account settings. We can suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Amounts already paid are handled under the Payments and Refunds page.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also retain the protection of mandatory consumer law provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring claims before its competent courts.

If something goes wrong, write to support@orakle.space first. Most problems are solved faster there than anywhere else.

14. Languages

These terms are published in English and Ukrainian. Both versions have the same content. If the versions ever diverge, the Ukrainian version prevails for consumers in Ukraine and the English version prevails for everyone else.

15. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version here and update the date at the top. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Orakle after a change means you accept it.

16. Final provisions

  • These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Payments and Refunds page, are the whole agreement between you and us about Orakle.
  • If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a part of these terms at some point, that is not a waiver — we can still enforce it later.
  • You cannot transfer this agreement to someone else. We may transfer it to a new operator of Orakle, for example if the business is sold, provided the new operator takes over our obligations under it. The Privacy Policy explains what such a transfer means for your data.
  • Sections that by their nature outlive the agreement — ownership of content, liability, responsibility for misuse, and disputes — remain in force after it ends.
