A Key is what a reading costs. Longer spreads pull more cards, so they cost more.

Where Keys come from
Every account, every day. It resets at midnight UTC. It doesn't accumulate.
A new account opens one deep spread free. Any spread of 4 cards or more. It doesn't come back.
A pack is one purchase. There's no subscription behind it, and unspent Keys wait for you.
Every month, on top of the free daily Key. Monthly Keys burn at the end of the month.

The counts above are Keys only. The first deep reading isn't a Key. It opens any deep spread, even the dearest.
