You're checked out. Bored, flat, unimpressed by what's in front of you. Something is being offered. You don't see it because you're busy not wanting what's already there. Pause and ask whether you're actually rejecting the thing, or just out of practice at wanting anything. The answer matters.
Reversed Meanings
Either you're coming out of it, or you're going deeper in. Coming out: appetite returning, doors opening. Going deeper: deliberate retreat, useful for a while, harmful longer. Know which one this is. The withdrawal that recharges and the withdrawal that hides look the same from outside.
